Chapter 4 Balance Wave - Cesus & Chronos Tuning

The Angel-trait bosses got a follow-up balance pass. Cesus's Heavenly Wrath now triggers correctly at 50% HP, Chronos' timeline attacks received a 10% cooldown reduction, and the Deliver to God instant-kill was fixed when targeting immovable walls.

The balance pass was small but meaningful. Cesus used to skip Heavenly Wrath on rapid burst kills; that bug is fixed, so solo runs can no longer skip the enrage phase.

Martyr's second-phase Wind-Walking Kunais had a hitbox narrower than her visual - that is now widened to match the katana swipe VFX.

Chronos saw a 10% reduction in the cooldown between timeline strikes, making Tumore Mode clears of Chapter 4 noticeably slower for unprepared players.

Players running Chapter 4 farm routes should re-time their Investment Bank max-out windows - they shifted by ~22 seconds for full Cesus clears.
